Heating and Cooling Maintenance

Routine maintenance is vital for prolonging the life of your HVAC system. We recommend maintenance be done at least 2 times per year, in the spring and fall, to ensure your unit is working properly and to save on costly repairs.

AC Maintenance consists of checking the Condenser Coil, Condensate Drains, Contactors, Capacitors, Outdoor Fan Motor, Indoor Fan Motor, Filters, Return and Supply temperature Differences.

Furnace maintenance consists of checking the Blower motor and fan, Sequence of Operation, Inducer Motor, Suction Switches, Flame Igniters, Gas Valve, Flame Sensors, Flame Rollout Switches, Heat Exchanger and Measure Heat Rise.
